Victor Fung（美国）& Anna Mikhed（白俄罗斯）于2003年12月开始搭手，代表美国。他们搭手后参加的第一个比赛就是2004年1月20日在英格兰举行的UK公开赛，获得了职业新星摩登组的冠军。拆档前参加的最后一个比赛是2009年10月14日在英格兰举行的International锦标赛，成绩是职业摩登组第二名。

"It is with great sadness that I write this letter to you to inform you that Anna has decided to terminate our partnership. This is ultimately not what I want, however, I respect her decision and wish her all the best in her future endeavors. For me, I would like to continue dancing and shall be looking forward to finding a new partner and returning to the dance floor."
